I'm afraid you'll need a solid knowledge about the PE header and ASM for code injection.
I have never done such a thing in a high level language since (thanks god) ASM is my 'primary' lang.
If you know little about debugging,asm and other low level issues i think this could be the right moment to begin :).
I don't know of any tool that will allow you to insert code automatically in a given exe file; which doesn't mean it dont exist.
The best solution is to roll up your sleeves and do ti yourself.
