Latigo,

I am able to get to the PE structure through Delphi.  I can get the section
names, timestamp, etc.  How do I modify it from Delphi?  I would like to
inject dll loading code into the exe but can I do that from a high level
language or will I have to revert back to hand injection with a good
debugger.  I was hoping to be able to write something that I could use to
automate it and work on most win .exe files.  Any help is appreciated.

Code injection is what you need.
Either inject all the code in the .exe or create a dll with the timelock and
then inject the dll loading code in the .exe
I have some code injection examples and tutorial in my site.
