[exelist] PE Encryption Code

I am looking for an encryption method in which the encryptor takes a
KEY or some value from the user and then encrypts the EXE file using an
algorithm which makes use of that KEY supplied by the user. By doing
this every EXE file 
will have a different encryption pattern . Is there any encryptor
already made using such idea? I need it badly , please help me
Delphi/ASM code would be really helpful !! Please help me
