[exelist] PE Encryption code

Is there any encryption method for PE files in which the encryption can
be based on a key supplied by the user. I mean the encryptor accepts a
Key or some sort of value from the user and then ecrypts the EXE file
using an algorithm which uses that Key as a part. If somebody can
please help me with this I would be very grateful. Delphi Code will be
a great help !  otherwise ASM will also do . Somebdy has any source
code or doc about such idea ???
