[exelist] Re: linux question
Hi lullaby,
At the shell prompt type :-
"shutdown -g<x> -y"
Where x = time in seconds
** Check by typing "man shutdown" (I am sure I have got it right though) **
or Better still
use the AT command. BUT REMEMBER TO DISABLE IT OR THE SERVER WILL SHUT DOWN
EVERY DAY!!
For more help type "man at"
If you type shutdown, there won't be much you can do with the server while
it is waiting, but AT will only initiate shutdown at a certain time and day
of week.
