[exelist] Which PE compressor/protector?

Hi all !

I'm looking for a compressor/protector of Windows executable modules. 
I'd like to program my own PE protector but the company I'm working for
thinks that's a waste of time and money.  I've put my hands on it, but
in the meantime I must give my boss an answer to distribute the upcoming
releases of some of our applications.

I don't know too much about PE crypting.  Some people say Blinkinc
Shrinker is the best option, but some documents about protecting PE
files I've read say that Shrinker is not very well programmed.  I've
tested a product called NeoLite, and it seems to be good.

Most of the best PE experts I know are readders of this list, I can't
imagine a better place to ask my question.  Could you please tell me,
what's the best commercial option to compress/protect Win32 PE files?
