After 10 years of OS/2 2.x there are still some files in the
NE 16 bit segmented executable format. I did a repacker that
removes some bytes from them using the "famous" build in
/Exepack "compression". During testing i tried it with the
now also around 10 years old Borland Pascal 7. The BP loader
does not support iterated(exepacked) data, but NELite can
make it smaller anyway because of the very unopimized fixup
records: 504043->432715 byte.
