exe wrapper

Hi all,

I am trying to write a simple c/c++ program which wraps another exe 
and runs this exe together with its commandline parameters.

The wrapper should hold the exes datafile (maybe as a resouce?) 
so there is only one exe-file on disk.

Any ideas?
