PE Head 1.61

Attached find PE-Head as a dual bound executable. I release this version,
because the programming of the Win32 generic virus detection (included in
PE-Head) reaches now a phase where we want to use this technique in
RHBS/F_Mirc etc.

So please provide feedback, missed samples or false positives.
