changing the icon on a PE

peace ppl,
 i have a kwl proggie ..i wrote it for some friend of mine..
 he has a cdwriter and writes many cds for ppl; he needed
 an interface, so i wrote a kwl one ..... kwl graphix, buttns,
 etc. as my friend doesn't know how to program with delphi,
 and not all cds he writes have the same content [!] i wrote
 another proggie. this one writes a .ini file for the interface,

 and helps my friend to customize his cd interface for every
 disk ... ok , now i have this goals:

  my "interface editor" has a kwl list where my friend=
 specifies
     the files included on the cd and some more options, like
     changing the interface icon .... so , at first, my interface
 has
     delphi's standard app icon 32*32, 16 colors (766 bytes) ...
     now, i'm looking for some help in changeing the exe icon,
     joust the way microangelo does;
