Utility for Add section in PE files

Hi.

I have the Section Add utility, but, have incompatibilities with many EXE files, because

cause many erros, like: "This is not a valid win32 PE File", in the Win2k...

 

Where can I found a good compatible utility, with the source code available ?

(C/C++ is better, but Assembly is good too)
