Virus Protection Shield (VSS)

I see most of the file scanners can not determine the VSS version, because VSS was never public :))

With version 1.00 ... 1.08 protected files are public, 1.09...1.11 are not public (not used).

attach find some source code how to determine the version and a 1.08b (updated 1.08) protected file

currently we use vss 1.08a/b, mabye if there´s enough interesst we release 1.08b and/or 1.11

function get_mp3_infos( szFileName: String ) : MP3_ID3v1_Struct;
