Win32 PE Protector

I have a few win32 programs I usually compress with UPX 1.04 

To look out some lamers I am search for an PE Protector that protects now the EXE file, compression is not required (UPX is better :)

Testing all the new  PE protectot stuff I found - I relaised that amost EVERY protector GPFs under Win200 Prof.

So my question, is there a scrambler/protector available that works on all win32 platforms (upxs304 e.g. does, but I wish a little bit a harder protection :))

Dear PE prot. writers, please test your stuff before releaseing them on Win2000!!
