Exe + Jpg sticker?

Hi all, maybe it's gonna be somehow OffTopic, but I
need a program like this:
I want to stick a prehexisting EXE file with a
prehexisting JPG or any picture file, in a way that
the sticker executes the EXE file and shows the image,
maybe with an internal reader, or maybe with the
files associations of Win32.
Can somebody help me out, please??
