I am sorry. It was my fault. I thinked, you are told about normal 
breakpoint. But it was BPR (not classic breakpoint). 
Finding BRP's is not easy. 
But this type of breakpoints working only on Win9x. In Win9x is easy 
detect SICE, you dont need detect breakpoints.

mechanism is:
Sice use 0eh exception for bpr's. But it is his exception. I dont 
know how do you can detect it. But maybe there is way how it is 
possible.

I think better way is detection Sice.
