Who knows packer for OS/2 (NE)?

It would be nice, if anybody tell me,

   how i can pack NE typed OS/2 files 

            and 

   primary with which tool (maybe an url to it)?


And second, who can tell me more about 
   Manolo, Securom and VBOX packed PE files?
