What is the best trojan detection/cleaner program out there?

i rechecked the header of the Kettenbrief mail and you can see MY ip in
there.
The mail was 100%ly sended from my PC!!!!
Furthermore i checked all my emails for occurence of dsoft@... and the
last time
I got an email from a so called Daniel Schwarz through that account. He also
sended me
files and I executed it. That's why I guess I have a trojan. I can't
believe.
I warn all guys in the list: dont accept files from dsoft@... they maybe
are infected!!!
