Dear Markus,

Due to the increasing demand for Bigfoot for Life services, 
we have been working to upgrade our system to handle the 
high volume of mail we forward for our members.  While 
performing these upgrades, we ran into some unexpected 
technical issues, which caused system-wide service slowdowns 
and resulted in delayed delivery of member e-mail.

The upgrade process is now complete and you should be 
experiencing no more delays.  In fact, with the changes in 
place, we expect that you will receive an even higher level of 
service than you had in the past.  On top of this, we will be 
introducing a system status button on our Web site, which will
provide updated information on the operation of the Bigfoot 
service.

We understand the importance of your e-mail and appreciate your 
patience with us during the upgrade process.  If you are still
