[exelist] incompatibility in PESHIELD

I am not dead and maybe soon i have time for coding ;)

Mhhh nearly a year now, without a new PESHIELD version: the last one was a
bugfixed one from June 98 -> v0.2b2. And still no unpacker ;)

I want to ask all members from exelist to get the latest version from
w3.to/protools if you dont have it already
and execute it on your PCs:  please under all OS and all CPUs
(cause 486 incompatibility was reported)

and please email the tests back to: anakin__@...
AND DONT REPLY TO THIS MAIL!!! CAUSE YOU WILL SEND THEN TO THE
EXELIST, AND YOU SHOULD NOT SPAM THE EXELIST WITH BUGREPORTS
