Well, I guess I am gonna make myself sound like a complete lamer, 
but I stumbled upon a shareware proggy that was obviously packed
in some way. ('ABC Virtual Catalogue' or something). It contained an
extra - section called .adata in which the unpacking took place...
I don't know if there are any other programs packed with this packer, 
anyhoo, heres the procdump script to unpack it quickly :

I ain't even quite sure whether this isn't one of the well-known packers
which I was too dumb to recognize, but Aspack in all variations
failed etc...

Before I forget: I didn't find any reference in the
procdump dox concerning the 'standard options'
for unpacking... wtf do these mean :-) ?
