First: please do not send big files to this list that are 
  - no packers
  - no unpackers
  - no protectors
  - no unprotectors !

c51 is just exepacked. So you can use UNP or TEU to unpack. 
After unpacking you can start cracking (look for the routine that 
requires the hardware key and disable it).
