[exelist] Shrinker?

Anyone have information on how to unpack an EXE that has been packed by a
program called Shrinker? Apparently it uses IMPLODE.DLL from pkware. Is
there a way to unpack this thing?

the program that I am trying to unpack is Accel PCB
