[exelist] PE scanner/doctor/analyser

morning folks,

I hope some members of the list are willing to help me.
This evening I want to start a project which I have in mind 
for several weeks now. Destination is to create a PE doctor, 
a program that will be able to fix all kind of problems with 
PE files. (Especially NT(5) incompatibility)

So what I need now is: A complete list of all versions of
PE modifier+compiler/linker available. And maybe a copy
of them to test.

The second thing I ask for is support by the EXE identifier
coders, cause It would be easier to use their detectors then
searching (finding) all different versions of all compilers
and create detection methods for them.

BTW: anyone who wrote a detection for the very first PESHIELD
version that uses a MTE? I don't know of any other PE modifier
that uses MTE, is there one? Send all you have to me.
In the end we all will have a powerful tool that fixes our PEs
after unpacking.
