Hello,

If you try to use es.exe on EXE file with bad header it halts with
runtime error:

D:\E>es RECONSTR.EXE

_ File:        RECONSTR.EXE
_ Structure:   MZ-EXE
_ Entry Point: 000283C4
_ Compiler:    Runtime error 100 at 0AEB:0AD8.

in this example the entry point is out of file bounds. Please fix it.

ps: Has anyone freely distributable .asm|.pas sources of algorithm for
    make relocation table from dump?
