[exelist] Some things about the new mailing-list

Hi guys,

I think the new mailing-list system works fine. Some things to say:

The main adress of the mailing-list is still exelist@...

The "EXE:" in the subject-line is no longer neccesarry, because the
egroups-service is putting an "[exelist]" in front of every subject-line.

Liu TaoTao asked me if it�s okay to send TR to this list. I think it is. I
wrote the section about debuggers in the FAQ, because of things like WinIce,
but TR is a small little thing, which has special options for exe-unpacking,
so it�s okay on the list.

A special message to all german mailing-list-members:
