Hi Friends,

Here is again my PE-PACK v0.99...
I resend it, because of a few new things in it (SORRY NO NEW VERSIONNUMBER)

- Several Bugs removed....
- Nicer msgboxes, if DLL Loading failed ;)
- APLIB v1.19  a little bit better compression
- COMPATIBILITY TO AVP HEURISTIC VIRUS SCAN

The last item in the list is the real reason for my rerelease! AVP no longer
detects
packed files as suspicious
