Problem with moderation - what about requests?

Hi,

I�m Hanno, Moderator of this Mailinglist.

I have a problem: For a long time now, this mailinglist is moderated. I
think I can�t change this, because there is a lot of Spam on this list I
have to filter out.
Now, in the EXE-List-FAQ (look on my website www.int21.de), I wrote that
there should not be any requests.
Usually, I�ve been tolerant and didn�t reject mails like "need unpacker for
xy". But in the last weeks, there have been a lot of such mails. So I have
to decide if I block them. Best thing would be if people would not use the
mailinglist for such issues. There are websites out for unpackers, like
www.suddendischarge.com.
