Hi rich
Apparently Ver. 4.3 encrypts the IAT when running the program, this
might account for your error message.
Try the follow:
1. To delay trial period (ie set back to 30 days) see
http://www.vbox.50megs.com/xfiles/golive50.htm
Note that the registry entries differ from product to product
(use regmon to monitor registry)
2. To crack manually see
http://208.50.16.104/crackz/Tutorials/Vbox43.htm
( a bit complicated but you seem to know what you are doing).
3. Easiest! Use the unwrapper.
http://www.mesa-sys.com/~codomain/unpackers/unvbox43.zip
(from UCF, runs on Windows 2000)
Good luck
